Family therapy can help reduce conflict, improve communication, and strengthen emotional safety.  I use EFT and attachment-based work to help families understand the patterns and roles that show up under stress - who escalates, who withdraws, and what everyone is needing underneath the surface. When emotions run high, we’ll also focus on regulation skills and practical strategies to support calmer interactions. If behavioural challenges, anxiety, or trauma-related responses are part of the picture, we may integrate IFS-informed work and CBT tools to support coping, flexibility, and repair. The goal is a family culture that feels more stable, respectful, and connected.
