Individual therapy offers a supportive space to make sense of what you’re carrying and to shift what’s no longer working. For anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, and unhelpful thinking or coping patterns, I primarily use IFS and CBT to help you understand what’s driving your struggles, shift inner dynamics, and build practical skills for daily life. We can also explore how stress shows up in your body and relationships, and develop regulation skills that support steadier mood, energy, and confidence. If relational patterns are part of the concern, I integrate EFT-informed work to help you understand attachment needs, set healthier boundaries, and create more secure connection with others.
